About the Role:
This role sits within Inside Out Agency, supporting artist publicity and brand partnerships via Studio Inside Out. Working across artists and special projects, the Coordinator will assist with publicity support and brand partnership strategy, pitching, execution, and reporting, gaining an in-depth view of how artists build long-term careers and commercial value at the intersection of music, brands, media, and culture.
Requirements:
– Deeply connected to the global media, fashion, music, and cultural landscape
– Strong understanding of how artists intersect with brands, platforms, and culture
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident drafting emails, decks, pitches, and copy
– Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills across multiple projects
– Strong understanding of social platforms, trends
– Aesthetically and culturally aware, with an eye for brand positioning and creative alignment
– Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
– Confident liaising with media, brand partners, talent, managers, and creatives
– Minimum 1.5–2 years experience in publicity, talent representation, brand partnerships, or a related cultural role
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the development and execution of publicity and brand partnership strategies across artists and cultural projects
– Assist in pitching, research, and opportunity development for media and brand partners
– Draft and coordinate press materials, pitches, decks, briefings, and client-facing copy
– Track, report, and analyse press coverage, campaigns, and partnership activity
– Manage calendars, schedules, and logistics across press, shoots, events, and campaigns
– Support campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
– Maintain and develop media, brand, and industry databases
– Represent Inside Out Agency and its artists professionally at events, gigs, and industry moments
– Manage and strategise the agency’s digital channels
Office hours are 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday in our London office
We offer hybrid working (four days in the office) but flexibility is required
