About the Role:
The Junior Agent sits within Studio Inside Out, supporting the development and execution of brand partnerships across the agency’s artist roster. This role is commercially focused, with a strong emphasis on identifying opportunities, supporting deal flow, pitching talent, and executing partnerships, while also providing essential administrative and coordination support.
Requirements:
– Deeply connected to the global media, fashion, music, and cultural landscape
– Strong interest and understanding of brand partnerships, talent representation, commercial strategy and the music, fashion, media, and brand marketing landscape
-Confident written and verbal communicator; comfortable drafting pitches, proposals, and professional correspondence
– Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
– Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn the mechanics of deals and negotiations
– Digitally fluent with a strong understanding of social platforms, creators, and brand-led campaigns
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
– 2–3 years experience in talent, brands, agencies, marketing, or a related cultural/commercial role
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the identification and development of brand partnership opportunities across the artist roster
– Actively research and identify new brands, campaigns, cultural moments, and market opportunities, bringing commercially viable opportunities to the team
– Contribute to outbound pitching and opportunity development, including introducing artist-led ideas and brand-aligned concepts
– Support the end-to-end deal process, including opportunity tracking, timelines, deliverables, post-campaign reporting, and assisting with campaign execution and coordination between artists, brands, managers, and creatives
– Help build and maintain pitch decks, proposals, creative treatments, and presentations
– Support deal tracking, timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign reporting and assisting with campaign execution and coordination between artists, brands, managers, and creatives
– Maintain accurate records across contacts, opportunities, deals, and reporting. Support administrative elements of the brand partnerships process, including scheduling, documentation, and internal tracking
– Represent Inside Out Agency professionally in communications and at industry events when required
– Support the ongoing growth and commercial development of Studio Inside Out as well as the entire Inside Out Agency
Office hours are 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday in our London office
We offer hybrid working (four days in the office) but flexibility is required
