Lily Allen has released four hugely-successful albums, including two UK Number One albums, penned a best-selling memoir, starred in the West End production ‘2:22 A Ghost Story’ and collaborated with Womanizer to launch a new sex toy and raise awareness of sex positivity and female masturbation on a global scale.
As her publicity team, we work to amplify awareness across each project while ensuring Lily’s voice and integrity remained central to all communications. We work in collaboration with the relevant external teams to secure coverage around key calendar moments across each campaign.
At the start of each project, we set out to secure high-level interview features that create excitement around announcement and set the tone for the rest of the campaign. For example, Lily was featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine around the launch of her book ‘My Thoughts Exactly’ and Sunday Times Style for the launch of her Womanizer collaboration. We also worked to secure reviews in national titles across all three projects.
In 2020 Lily Allen collaborated with Womanizer to launch the ‘Liberty’, a new sex toy. As well as launching the new product, Lily worked with Womanizer to raise awareness of sex positivity and and shine a light on female masturbation. For this special project, we worked with Lily and Womanizer to secure coverage in female-focused titles and to gift the product to key influential members of the media and wider creative industry, creating maximum impact across both media and social channels.
